By using FE First Elite services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Services Provided
FE First Elite provides home appliance and AC maintenance services in Jeddah. Services include: AC maintenance, washing machine repair, and home cleaning.
Warranty
A 30-day warranty is provided on all repair work. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, natural disasters, or third-party interference.
Pricing & Payment
Price is agreed upon before work begins. We accept cash or bank transfer. Spare parts prices are additional and calculated based on actual parts used.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 2 hours notice before the scheduled time. Late cancellations may incur a visit fee.
Liability
FE First Elite is committed to the highest quality and safety standards. In the event of documented damage caused by technician negligence, we accept full responsibility for repairs.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the e-commerce regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
