How we work
We started with air conditioning in Jeddah and grew into full home appliance maintenance as customers kept asking us to look at the washer while we were there. That's still how we operate: one technician who can handle the whole house, rather than a different contractor for every unit.
Spare parts come from authorized dealers and distributors, and their cost is confirmed with you before anything is fitted. Every visit ends with a written maintenance report, so you have a record of what was diagnosed and what was replaced.
In 2026 we moved booking into our own app, so you can place an order, attach a photo of the fault and follow the visit without a single phone call — though you're always welcome to just call us.
